Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include any tags or accessories that came with your order.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
